Read the Room, operated by Open Concepts, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund, reply to the purchase receipt sent to the email address used at checkout, or contact us through the feedback form and we'll help you get it sorted.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. When you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected (monthly or yearly). If you forget to cancel before a renewal, contact us within a reasonable time and we will work with you to resolve it.
